Matty started cooking at 16 and since then has rose through the culinary ranks to become an executive chef at the young age of 27. He originally made a name for himself within the beer industry, working to create to create some of the first pairings in the rapidly growing craft brewing community. He has been featured on the Food Network’s CHOPPED: Grill masters, and a few documentaries focused on the future of agriculture in America. He is currently pirating the high seas as the executive chef on board the motor yacht ARETE, which makes berth in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Tim Natoli has been in the Food and Beverage industry for as long as he can remember. Starting at the young age of 14, Tim had climbed up and down the ranks in many kitchens across the country including New Jersey, New York, Chicago and Jackson Hole. Tim’s lifelong passion for cooking led him to work at some of the top restaurants in the country. He has staged at restaurants such as Alinea and Per Se both with 3 Michelin stars. He plans to keep elevating himself until one day he owns his own Michelin Star restaurant.

Ford is an avid backcountry enthusiast, environmentalist, ski bum, mixologist and DJ now living in Portland, OR. Ford bartends at Afuri PDX, one of Bon Appétit top 50 Best new American Restaurants, where he develops boujie cocktails and preaches the gospel of Sake. Ford takes a culinary approach to bartending that pays homage to the classics while embracing modern techniques. DJ’ing under the moniker Oh!Nassi you can catch him dropping beats at festivals across the West Coast.

Jon spends his days working for a tech startup in Seattle, is an avid SCUBA diver, and enjoys spending his free time traveling the world. You could say he knows a thing or two about travel, and how to do it for cheap. Jon funds most of his travel through rewards points and airline miles. The world is his playground and he knows how to get there.
